Gahan Wilson
Gahan Wilson's unique cartoons are often seen in Playboy and
The New Yorker, but they have also appeared in publications as diverse as
Collier's, Punch, Paris Match, The New York Times, Newsweek, The National
Lampoon, and Gourmet. They have been collected in numerous volumes. He has
edited two anthologies, written and illustrated for children, animated for the
screen, authored short fiction, and penned reviews. Many of his short stories
were collected in The Cleft and Other Odd Tales. Along with other awards, Gahan
Wilson has been honored with the Milton Caniff Lifetime Achievement Award, the
World Fantasy Lifetime Achievement Award, and the Bram Stoker Award for Lifetime Achievement.
